If your radio requires service for any reason, here is what to do:

1. Box it up with a minimum of 6" of appropriate packing material around the equipment. We receive MANY radios improperly packed, and units improperly packed will not be repaired under warranty if applicable.

2. Remember to put a note or Purchase Order with the unit to explain what is wrong. Be sure to include your return address and contact information. Units under Factory Warranty must include a copy of the original proof of purchase.

3. Ship by INSURED USPS/UPS parcel to:
